About TMC
Parking systems are specified, procured and commissioned by other people. What decides whether they perform is the condition of the site they are installed into.
Who we are
TMC is a Saudi specialist in the physical infrastructure required to make smart parking systems operational — coordinating civil, electrical, networking, ELV, signage and kiosk works through installation, testing, handover and AMC.
Most parking programmes involve a main contractor, an electrical subcontractor, a network team, a civil team, a technology vendor and eventually an operator. Each one is competent inside its own scope. The problems appear between them — a duct that stops short of the kiosk, a circuit nobody labelled, a loop feeder cut during resurfacing, a handover pack assembled from memory.
We exist to hold that middle ground. TMC takes responsibility for the physical and electrical layer parking technology sits on, and stays with it after handover.
Our role
A design describes intent. A site decides what is possible. Our job is to reconcile the two: survey what is really there, agree the sequence with everyone who has to work in the same space, build it, prove it works, and write down what was done.

Parking infrastructure is local work. It depends on ground conditions, utility records, municipal requirements, access windows and the crews who can be on site at short notice when something fails.
TMC operates across Saudi Arabia and structures its maintenance agreements around reaching a site quickly rather than reporting on it remotely.
