These terms cover use of this website. They do not form part of any contract for works, which is governed separately by the agreement signed for that project.
Descriptions of scope, capabilities and delivery are indicative. Scope for any specific project is defined only in a written proposal or contract issued by TMC.
Diagrams and site arrangements shown on this site are illustrative. Equipment positions, containment routes, protection and interfaces are set out per project against the selected parking system and the site survey.
Photography is licensed stock imagery used to illustrate the type of environment and work described. It does not depict TMC projects unless explicitly captioned as such. Sources and licences are recorded with the site assets.
